    Monthly Retainer: $500
    Commission: 15%
    (Monthly retainer is credited toward commission earned that month)

    This is a full-service talent management and growth partnership for creators who want deeper strategic involvement in their careers. It combines professional representation with hands-on guidance around content direction, positioning, and long-term growth — supporting both the business and the creative side of building a sustainable presence.

    The monthly retainer ensures consistent access to strategy and creative guidance, while commissions align incentives as your opportunities grow. Any commission earned in a given month is credited against the retainer, so you’re never paying twice.

    What’s included:

    • Full talent management & representation

    • Inbound brand deal review, outbound pitching, negotiation & guidance

    • Ongoing content strategy & creative direction

    • Growth planning & positioning

    • Brand readiness & long-term career guidance

    • Monthly strategy check-ins

    • Priority access & ongoing support

    How payment works:

    • $500/month retainer paid upfront

    • 15% commission on deals

    • Any commission earned in the same month is credited against the retainer amount

    (Example: If commission earned is $700, the retainer is fully covered and the remaining commission is applied as normal.)

  • For Creators Over 250K Followers

    Fee: Commission-Based (15%)

    Capacity Limited / Application Required

    This option is designed for creators with an established presence of over 250K followers on at least one platform and consistent inbound interest, who are primarily seeking professional representation and brand deal support.

    Monthly Investment Starting at: $4000 / month
    3-month minimum
